Reyora stands behind our 100% Quality Guarantee for custom t-shirt printing. If you receive t-shirts with verifiable printing defects such as misaligned designs, fading within the first wear, or colors deviating more than 20% from the approved digital proof, we offer either a full refund or free remake at our discretion within 30 days of delivery. To process such claims, customers must provide clear photos demonstrating the manufacturing defect for our quality team verification. Eligible defects include misprinted designs with incorrect placement, significant color deviations from the approved proof, and fabric tears or holes directly resulting from our printing process.
Refunds and remakes do not apply to situations where customers change their mind or express simple dissatisfaction with the final product, orders where customers selected the wrong size or color during checkout, designs that customers explicitly approved during our proofing process, or normal wear and tear occurring after normal use and washing of the garments. For order cancellations, customers receive a full refund if requested within 2 hours of placing the order, a 50% refund if requested within 24 hours, and no refunds once printing production has commenced as materials become unusable.
In cases of non-delivery where tracking confirms the package never reached the destination within 30 days, customers receive a full refund upon providing tracking proof. Products damaged during transit qualify for free replacement or remake when customers submit photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery. To initiate any return or refund process, customers should contact support@reyora.in with their order number and supporting photos, receive an RMA number within 24 hours, ship back defective items using our prepaid return label (for manufacturing defects only), and expect processing completion within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds process to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
